- Full Username
Your Full Username identifies both you and your institution, Anglia Ruskin University.
You are already familiar with the first part of your Full Username; you use this to log into Anglia Ruskin desktops, the VLE and other services. For cloud-based services such as your Student Email you need to add institution details, e.g.

To change your password, manage your security questions or if you have forgotten your password please visit:

The Sign In button will remain unavailable until your Full Username has been entered in the correct format as described above.
- Why has Student Email changed?
We have upgraded your Student Email to Microsoft Office 365. This service offers many new or improved features which we will introduce in the coming months.
It was necessary to change they way you log in, which is why we have a new login form. You now need to use your Full Username, as described above. This may seem a little confusing at first, but it will soon become second nature, and in time you will see many benefits which were only possible due to this change.
